Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within Same day or next day  after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details when placing an order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We may be unable to modify the address once the order has been shipped.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Delivery delays resulting from incorrect information are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

To assist with resolving the issue, we may request:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package and product (if damaged)
  • Any other relevant shipping information

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Delivery Issues

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If you are unable to locate a delivered package, we recommend checking with family members, neighbors, security personnel, or your local courier office.


Split Shipments

In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, tracking details will be provided for each shipment.


Packaging

All stainless steel jewellery is carefully inspected and securely packaged to help ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. While we take every precaution to protect your order during transit, minor packaging wear caused by shipping carriers may occasionally occur without affecting the product inside.
