Orders placed before 12 PM IST are usually dispatched the same working day,or next day depending on courier pickup. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next working day. Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Shipping is free on all orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for orders up to ₹8,000, with a ₹99 convenience fee.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive shipping confirmation via SMS, email, and WhatsApp with your tracking details.

Yes, your shipping address can be updated as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change.

Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as Ready for Dispatch usually within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order. Once packed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

We offer a 7 day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. A ₹100 deduction applies on returns processed as store credit there is no return shipping fee charged for exchange and to your Orders which can be cancelled before they are marked as Ready for Dispatch usually within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order. Once packed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. This is required to process a replacement or refund for damaged items.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI. Refunds take 7–10 working days to reflect after the return is received and verified.

All Belori pieces are crafted in high-grade 316L stainless steel with an 18K gold PVD coating. Some pieces also feature two-tone finishes. Every piece is nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free making it safe and gentle on sensitive skin.

Our premium PVD coating is designed to resist tarnish and maintain its shine through daily wear. Some fading may occur over time with prolonged exposure to moisture or chemicals. Natural plating fade is covered under our plating warranty.

To keep your pieces looking their best:

• Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and water
• Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
• Wipe gently after use with a soft cloth
• Store in a dry pouch away from moisture and sunlight

Belori offers a 1-year warranty on all pieces. The warranty covers natural plating fade, tarnish, and manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by perfume, chemicals, moisture, impact, or misuse

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹8,000 with a ₹99 convenience fee. All payments are securely processed in INR through encrypted gateways.
