Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Size issues (where applicable and subject to stock availability)

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue
  • Record a short unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened.

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

  • A ₹100 processing fee is deducted from the refund amount.
  • There is no fee when opting for a store credit exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Store Credit

In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
